I'm Shubham Balgotra — an independent full-stack developer. I work with businesses to turn ideas into production-ready websites, web applications, and business systems.
I didn't start with a startup. I started with real systems.
I didn't start my career by calling myself a software engineer. I started by solving real problems around real systems. Working with business and government applications taught me that good software is about much more than code — it's about reliability, permissions, workflows, users, and what happens when something goes wrong.
Today, I build production web applications for clients as a Full Stack Developer, alongside my work supporting document-management systems for government departments. I enjoy taking an idea, breaking it into a practical system, designing the architecture, building the interfaces and backend, and getting the product live. My focus is not on using the biggest stack — it's on choosing the right tools and making the whole system work together.
